Is everything that you make really natural?
Yes! We use the finest certified organic plant-based oils and extracts to formulated the La Coéss REVITALISÉ Face Oil.
Are your products Vegan & Cruelty-free?
La Coéss line is 100% Certified Vegan with No animal testing whatsoever. We are Leaping Bunny Certified, which is the gold-standard in cruelty-free certification, and we do not purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are also cruelty-free. We love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free.
Where do you source your materials from?
All of our ingredients are sourced from organic farms globally, we use the finest ingredients we can find for our REVITALISÉ Face Oil. We do research to make sure our ethics align with those we source from.
Are your products made in the U.S.?
La Coéss products are made in certified organic small production facility located in Portland, Oregon.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since La Coéss line is truly all-natural and we only used Certified Non-GMO Vitamin E in our products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. Our products do have a shelf life, typically 12-24 months. If La Coéss is kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis.

How do I know that my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please add email@example.com to your address book to make sure you receive your confirmation e-mail.
How do I know that my order shipped? Can I track my package?
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to make sure you receive your confirmation e-mail and tracking information.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, our ability to make changes to or cancel your order may be limited. Please contact email@example.com and La Coéss customer care team will work with you to try and accommodate changes or cancellations to your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer free shipping with all U.S. orders. If you have placed your order by 11am PT (2pm ET), you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days.

What is your exchange & refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. However, we accept returns for damaged goods up to 10 days after placing your order. Please email us at email@example.com for further instruction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please Contact Us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When do you charge my credit or debit card?
Your credit or debit card is charged when you place your order, so that it can be prepared for shipping in a timely manner.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. For orders ship to Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and customs fees. These charges can vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Kindly note, La Coéss is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your countries local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees. Depending on your country you may experience 6-10 working days to receive your order without unforeseen custom or sales taxes your country may impart.
